CodeMark product certificates issued under the Building Act 2004
CodeMark product certificates are issued by an accredited product certification body. They set out the product or system’s purpose and scope, and give any conditions or limitations. They also detail the specific performance clauses of the New Zealand Building Code that compliance is claimed against.
CodeMark certificates require an annual review.

1. Linea™ Weatherboard is a 16 mm thick bevelback fibre cement weatherboard, which is designed to be used as part of an external wall cladding system for residential and light commercial type buildings where domestic construction techniques are used.
2. Linea™ Weatherboard Direct Fixed Cladding consists of Linea™ Weatherboards applied direct to the external wall framing over a building underlay. Linea™ Weatherboard Cavity Cladding consists of Linea™ Weatherboards fixed over timber battens to form the cavity. Both cladding methods incorporate secondary protection behind all internal and external corners, flashings for window, door and meter box penetrations as well as air seals to all wall penetrations.
Linea™ Weatherboard cladding is finished with a latex paint system.

Product description:
The MCL Stucco Rite Cavity Wall Cladding System is a plaster cladding used as an alternative to the stucco plaster of Paragraph 9.3 of E2/AS1. It uses proprietary plaster, mouldings and reinforcement on a 35 mm deep drained and ventilated cavity.
It must be used within the scope of E2/AS1, be supported on continuous foundations and use the details of the MCL Stucco Rite Cavity Wall Cladding System Technical Manual dated July 2011.
