Minister announces licensing

23 April 2006: The Minister for Building and Construction announced the new licensing system for building practitioners at the Registered Master Builders Conference in Queenstown today. This means more certainty that critical work on houses and buildings has been done to a good standard, and is certified by competent and accountable practitioners.
