Brochures and fact sheets

These are introductions to the Licensed Building Practitioner Scheme and include fact sheets on the LPB Scheme and information on the responsibilities of being licensed.

Forms

These are forms for practitioners who are licensed but who need to:

• change their details on the register
• apply for a replacement ID card
• suspend or cancel their status
• record their skills maintenance
• appeal to the Building Practitioners Board.
