The following application forms are available:
Brochures and fact sheets
These are introductions to the Licensed Building Practitioner Scheme and include fact sheets on the LBP Scheme and information on the responsibilities of being licensed.
Forms
These are forms for practitioners who are licensed but who need to:
- change their details on the register
- apply for a replacement ID card
- suspend or cancel their status
- record their skills maintenance
- appeal to the Building Practitioners Board.
Standards and competencies
The formal Licensed Building Practitioner Rules include the competencies for each class – in short, what you need to show when you apply to be licensed.
