The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employee is running a landlord seminar about practical property management in partnership with the New Zealand Property Investors' Federation.
This seminar focuses on tenancy agreements, effective tenancy management and dispute resolution. Our upcoming seminar in Christchurch will also focus on landlords and property owner topics relevant to that area and some Unit Title issues
