On 9 February 2004 the BIA announced an interim amendment to Acceptable Solution E2/AS1, supporting Clause E2 External Moisture of the Building Code. The changes relate to houses using solid plaster (commonly called stucco) on timber framing. This section contains details of the changes, and information for home owners. 1. What is being changed?
