Welcome to the Building Code Review 2007 consultation
With your help New Zealand houses and buildings will be designed and built right the first time, they will be suited to our environment, and meet the needs of all New Zealanders.
Purpose of the consultation
We are seeking comments on a second discussion document for the Building Code Review. In May 2006, we released our first discussion document. This asked for your views on which features of building work the Building Code should address. Our second discussion document, released in August 2007, asks for your feedback on changes we are considering for performance requirements for the Building Code.
We would like to hear the views of anyone who uses buildings, owns buildings or is involved in any aspect of the building and housing sector. We’re listening!
